2. ORDERING FROM US

2.1 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order.

When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately,
unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.2 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or

3.1 Our prices do not include VAT.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing and carriage these will be charged at cost.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 30/09/2010

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to admin@impactplants.co.uk
before we have dispatched the goods to you
4.2 Whilst every effort is made to keep plant stock healthy and true to name and type,
our liability is limited to a refund of the price paid.
No warranty, expressed or implied, is given to the growth or suitability of those
plants to their ultimate location.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality and number of the plants when they arrive please do not sign for them but contact Impact Plants immediately. If you sign for the delivery of the plants you will be deemed to have accepted them. This condition may be varied only by agreement between Impact Plants and the purchaser prior to purchase. No responsibility is accepted for replacements after acceptance as so much depends on the planting, soil, weather conditions and aftercare.

4.3 In placing an order a customer is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

DELIVERY

6.1 It shall be at the discretion of the driver whether to deliver plants beyond the nearest appropriate setdown point on the public highway.
