Euonymus japonicus 'Kathy' is known for its super creamy white variegated leaves and this evergreen hedging shrub provides year round interest and colour.

Euonymus japonicus 'Kathy' is a lovely low growing hedging plant and shrub that can be planted to make a colourful border or formal hedge. This variety is very popular as it does well in most soil types and positions, although if you are after the best variegation, its best to plant Euonymus japonicus 'Kathy' in full or partial sun. The leaves are  oval with dark green centres, fading to light green and then with creamy white margins and white leaf tips.

Euonymus Kathy hedge trimming should be done twice a year, once in May and again in late September. It is important to prune at the right time, so as not to remove new growing shoots. To keep the hedge bushy, tip trim the leading and main lateral shoots in May and then tidy up again in September.
