    Prunus ‘Taihaku’ commonly known as Great White Cherry tree has bronze foliage in spring, mid-green in summer and yellow/orange in autumn. Large white single flowers can be seen in spring and it is suited to to all but wet or shallow, chalky soils.

    Great White Cherry Tree Description

    Prunus 'Tai-haku' has bronze young leaves that turn mid-green and then yellow in the autumn. Ideal for urban planting and avenues this variety always impresses. Avoid wet soils and shallow chalk for the best results. Our single stem, pot grown flowering cherry trees will grow to 6 x 5 meters in 20 years and is worthy of any space in the garden.

    • Orders £100 and over to mainland UK are delivered FREE for box deliveries
    • Our delivery lead time is currently within 7-14 days.
    • Orders under £100 to mainland UK £4.99 (box delivery).
    • Orders requiring a pallet delivery, free delivery over £200 or a £60 pallet charge if the order is under £200.
    • Bespoke deliveries that require a dedicated vehicle is a charge of £300 or free on orders over £1000.
    • We can deliver to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle Man, but the delivery cost will need to be quoted by one of our team, so please contact us on

    For some plants that are too heavy or too tall to be packed in cardboard boxes we use pallet deliveries. In these circumstances, we require a minimum order value of £200 for free delivery, or you can make a contribution towards the delivery cost. Look out for the information on product pages which explains this further where applicable and if your order is for less than £200 please call or email us to agree a delivery contribution. This requirement only applies to those plants where it is clearly indicated on the product page.
