Purple Leaf Sand Cherry (Prunus × cistena) is a stunning flowering and evergreen hedging plant that is most commonly known for its vibrant foliage.

Purple Leaf Sand Cherry flourishes from winter with pink flower buds which open to single white/pink subtle flowers on the old wood and these are closely followed by bright reddish purple leaves, which stay crimson red throughout the summer before changing to bronzy green autumn leaf colour.

  • Orders £100 and over to mainland UK are delivered FREE for box deliveries
  • Our delivery lead time is currently within 3-7 days.
  • Orders under £100 to mainland UK £4.99 (box delivery).
  • Orders requiring a pallet delivery, free delivery over £200 or a £60 pallet charge if the order is under £200.

For some plants that are too heavy or too tall to be packed in cardboard boxes we use pallet deliveries. In these circumstances, we require a minimum order value of £200 for free delivery, or you can make a contribution towards the delivery cost.
