For some plants that are too heavy or too tall to be packed in cardboard boxes we use pallet deliveries. In these circumstances, we require a minimum order value of £200 for free delivery, or you can make a contribution towards the delivery cost. Look out for the information on product pages which explains this further where applicable and if your order is for less than £200 please call or email us to agree a delivery contribution. This requirement only applies to those plants where it is clearly indicated on the product page.
For delivery information for other products please see here.

We try to give you a clear idea of the nature of the plants we are selling. However plants will inevitably vary in size, shape and colours between different specimens. The information, illustrations and descriptions are for guidance only.
Plant sizes are approximate. Plants grow individually and whilst we make every effort to ensure that all plants supplied are at least the minimum of the size range we indicate, occasionally plants are slightly smaller, especially if ordered at the beginning of a growing season. Equally, sometimes plants are taller than indicated, especially if ordered at the end of a growing season.

Orders will normally only be accepted at our discretion, if the Goods are available, if you are based in our delivery area and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction. We cannot accept any liability for incorrect delivery instructions or damage to the Goods as a result.
If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to agree a new delivery date
7. Risk & Ownership You become responsible for the Goods at the time they are delivered to you, so any subsequent loss or damage is your own responsibility.

Returns & Cancellations We inspect plants carefully before despatch but accept that very occasionally things may go wrong – perhaps they have been damaged during delivery, or even are the wrong plants. The Goods may be returned if they are not what was ordered but agreement must be secured from Impact Plants at [email protected] before any return takes place.

We will do our utmost to resolve your complaint, and assuming we agree with you that the plants are not of the appropriate quality, and providing you return plants in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery to you we will replace them or refund you in full. The Goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.
If you have not notified us of a problem within 10 days of delivery, you are deemed to have accepted the plants and Impact Plants has no further liability for them if they fail.

How to stop marketing from Impact Plants
You can stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time.
You can do this by:
Selecting the ‘I do not wish to receive marketing messages’ box during the checkout process if placing an order online
Verbally informing the advisor taking your order over the telephone that you do not wish to receive marketing messages
Once you do this, we will update your profile to ensure that you don’t receive further marketing messages. Please note that, as Impact Plants comprises a complex web of many inter-connecting services, it might take a few days for all our systems to be updated, so you might get messages from us while we process your request.
